The State Bureau of Investigations establishes the circumstances of the accident on the H-09 highway “Mukachevo-Lviv” near the village of Babukhova Territorial community of Rogatin, which yesterday, July 24, was killed by the deputy people from the voice of Yaroslav Rushchishin.
This was reported by the DBR press service.
It was previously established that the Harley Davidson motorcycle, which was driving the deputy people’s Ukraine from the voice faction, entered the trailer, captured by the tractor, which was ruled by a local resident, the department said. – The incident occurred in the dark, in conditions of limited visibility. As a result of the collision, the deputy suffered from bodily harm, and then died in an ambulance.
It should be noted that the investigative soldier DBR went to the scene immediately after receiving information about the experts who worked all night, examined the scene, recorded tracks, removed records from video surveillance cameras and eyewitnesses interviewed.
Currently, the Prosecutor General has opened a trial in accordance with part 2 of art. 286 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (violation of road safety rules, which caused the death of the victim). The State Bureau of Investigation is investigating. Priority investigative actions are ongoing, – added to the DBR.
