Volodymyr Zelensky said that on July 24 he agreed with the text of the bill, which guarantees the independence and effectiveness of anti -corruption institutions in Ukraine.

The deputy people Yaroslav Zheleznyak said that he knew the key theses of the document.
This is “the heroic return of norms, which also heroically changed on July 22 in the bill 12414”. In other words, the “rollback” will take place for the usual version.
The rest of the presidential bill belongs to the so -called restriction of Russia’s influence on NABU and SAP.
According to Zheleznyak, this head of state proposes to achieve with the help of the following stories:
- The unit of internal control Nabu, SAP, Baby, OGP, DBR, NPR using the methodology, agreed with SBU, conducts printing research Nabu, SAP, BAB, OGP, DBR, NPR, which has a state secretary, at least once every two years.
- Within 6 months from the date of entry into force of this law, SBU checks the employees of Nabu, SAP, BAB, OGP, DBR, NPS, which have admission to state secrets for the subject of actions in favor of the state of the aggressor.
- OGP and the Ministry of Justice to strengthen the work on the search and issue foreign countries (extradition) of persons who are evading preliminary investigation, trial or punishment. If necessary, within three months from the date of entry into force of this law together with CMU for the development and submission in Verkhovna Rada – amendments to the project in the legislation in this part.
- OGP, Ministry of Justice, Arma, Nabu, Baby, DBR, SBU, NPU, DSFMU to strengthen the work on identification, search and return of assets received from foreign countries. If necessary, within three months from the date of entry into force of this law together with CMU for the development and submission in Verkhovna Rada – amendments to the project in the legislation in this part.
- CMU and Nabu within one month from the date of entry into force of this law to amend regulatory legal actions to prohibition, during martial law, departure of Nabu employees abroad, with the exception of cases of business trips
