In the Odessa region, an explosion occurred on the land of Delta-Lotzman, three employees were killed. The remaining crew members were hospitalized and are currently in the hospital where they are provided with all the necessary medical care.

In connection with the extraordinary event, the BYSTRA sea approach channel is temporarily closed for ships. The passage of ships to sea ports and from the Danube region is currently passing through the Sulina channel.
