US has announced reboot of relationships with China

The minister expressed the opinion that combined cooperation was only possible with Beijing’s readiness to adapt to a more consumer model: “If China wants to develop this method, we will be able to move forward together.”

In addition, he emphasized a wide range of issues that could be discussed between the United States and China. This includes oil purchases, which are under the penalties of Russia or Iran, as well as a number of aspects in the field of security.
