The National Anti -Corruption Bureau of Ukraine and a specialized prosecutor against corruption completed an investigation about the capture of “Privatbank”
NABU and SAP completed an investigation in the case of suspicion of the former final useful owner of Privatbank and five members of an organized group in the seizure of a bank worth more than 9.2 billion UAH. Employees of law enforcement agencies do not name the name of a person, but from the publication it is clear that we are talking about Kolomuay. The anti -corruption bureau was registered in Telegram.
It is noted that in January-March 2015, the final beneficiary of the bank at that time, the chairman of the regional state administration of Dnipropetrovski, developed a plan for the extraction of Privatbank funds. He had to use this money to finance the controlled offshore company and increase his own share in the authorized capital of the bank.
For this purpose, the bank was artificially forced to pay the specified control company more than 9.2 billion USA under the pretext of paying off its own high cost bonds.
It was also found that this money was decided to legalize. The accounts of three related legal organizations transferred 446 million UAH under the guise of transactions for the purchase and sale of securities, and then two more.
Subsequently, the money was received at the personal account of the final beneficiary of PrivatBank, which he represents for the authorized capital of the bank to fulfill the requirements of NBU.
We will recall that earlier Igor Kolomuski continued the detention in the event of an individual murder. He is suspected of organizing an individual murder of lawyer Sergei Karpenko in 2003. The investigation believes that the motive is the lawyer’s refusal to cancel and declare the wrong decisions of the general meeting of shareholders Dniprospetsal.
