Within the framework of military reform in Russia, the development of new divisions, formations and military units has been planned.
Russia aims to spend nearly 1.1 trillion dollars in the military rearment until 2036. It was announced by the leader of the leading intelligence director of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine Kirill Budanov, informing personal people, on Tuesday, July 22.
“The state of the aggressive will cost about 1.1 trillion dollars in re -care until 2036. This is the biggest program for the Russian Federation weapons since the Soviet Union collapsed,” he said.
According to Budanov, there is now a total mobilization of Russian policy, economy and society to prepare for a future big war.
The GUR leader said that in the framework of military reform in the Russian Federation, two new military districts were created – Moscow and Leningradsky, and the development of new divisions, formations and military units were also planned.
“Russia aims to destroy the current safe and economic adherence. For this reason, Moscow is building a presence in Africa, especially using proxy -lines for it: PMC Wagner and the African Corps, and also support regimes of authority and terrorist organizations around the world,” Budanov said.
According to him, Russians are also trying to conduct information on hybrid and cyberoperations on other states’s territory, and through controlled media and head of opinions are mediated in a civilized democratic process.
“Moscow aims to impose countries of its own vision of the future structure of the world, where the” great “state, especially the Russian Federation, has all full power, a monopoly on all critical sources and in a closed circle to decide the fate of the world,” the leader of the gur said.
Budanov thanked the Ukrainian Diplomatic Corps for high work in the organization of international support for Ukraine, as well as for effective GUR interaction, especially during joint operations to evacuate Ukrainian citizens from risk zones.
Remember that Russia’s federal budget in January-June was made with a deficiency of 3.694 trillion rubles (about $ 47 billion), or 1.7% of GDP. This indicator is six times more than the first half of 2024.
