Germany and the United States agreed to transfer five systems of patriots to Ukraine.
This was announced by the head of the German Ministry of Defense Boris Pistorius while participating in Ramza.
I agreed with Pete Highs during my trip to Washington that Germany will contribute to the first necessary systems of patriots as soon as possible, the “Words of the Minister” reports.
Pistorius added that together with the United Kingdom, the country will provide Ukraine with 220 thousand 35-mm rounds financed by Germany, for some time from Gepard anti-aircraft weapons.
According to the Minister of Defense John Gili, the United Kingdom has another 40 million pounds to help Ukraine with weapons. He added that this year Britain plans to give Ukraine 4.5 billion pounds, which is the highest level in history.
According to Gili, this assistance includes 700 million on fillers, distant radius missiles and defense missiles, with this support over the past two months. He added that this year the UK also delivered almost 50,000 drones.
