The China Ministry of Defense noted that the purpose of the exercises is to strengthen each other’s training and exchange of border service experience, as well as a further deepening of practical cooperation between the two troops.

Remember that in May of this year, Vietnam and Russia agreed to strengthen cooperation with the oil and gas industry, including Russian oil supply and natural gas in Vietnam.
