Ukraine was able to restore 11 more children from temporarily covered territories and Russia. This was announced by President Andrei Ermak’s office leader on Saturday, July 19.
“As part of the initiative of the President of the Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky returned the children to the UA who managed to return 11 Ukrainian children from the temporary occupied territories and the Russian Federation. Their age was from 10 to 17 years,” he wrote.
According to Yermak, the family story was especially impressed, “where we returned to five sisters and sisters. The children were brought to Russia, and there was no information about them for a long time. They later contacted an adult brother in Ukraine and asked: bring us home.”
He said that even after the path back was quite complicated. Russian care authorities have given pressure and delayed the process. The return has only been possible after a more years of repeated and painful work.
