Singapore has been recognized as the most expensive city in the world for the third year of the year to survive the rich. This states the Swiss Banking Julius Baer team report, Interfax-Ukraine report.
In the second place in the ranking is London, in the third – Hong Kong. Monaco and Zurich are also among the five most expensive megacities, Shanghai, Dubai, New York, Paris and Milan are few of them.
For calculation, they used the price index for 20 goods and services used by wealthy citizens, including expensive cars, jewelry, lawyers and training in private schools. They also consider the survey of 360 dollars millionaires.
It has been noted that prices for expensive goods and services usually grow twice as fast as total inflation. In particular, flights through the business class in the last year increased in price of 18.2%.
Remember that the cities of Ukrainians of Kyiv, Lviv and Odessa are included in the list of the most expensive cities in Europe.
