The General States of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation introduced the President of Russia Vladimir Putin a plan for the attack on the second half of the summer. It is assumed that the dictator is proposed to remove the military for the offensive from the border, earlier replacing them with North Korean soldiers. In Ukraine, information about the new offensive was rejected.
