In the Declaration Summit, a paragraph was provided to judge Russian logistics infrastructure infrastructure, but there was no condemnation of attacks on civilian facilities in Ukraine.
Participants in the BRICS Summit condemned unilateral penalties, as well as “attacking” on Russian railroad bridges and infrastructure, which is said to have led to many victims. This is stated in a summit statement published on Sunday, July 6.
Thus, leaders of Brix participating countries condemned the “attack” on railroad bridges and infrastructure in Russia’s Bryansk, Kursk and Voronezh regions.
“We are determined to condemn attacks on railroad bridges and infrastructure, accidentally directed against civilians in the regions of Bryansk, Kursk and Voronezh of the Russian Federation on May 31 and June 1 and 5, 2025, which led to many victims in the middle of the civilian population, including children,” said declaration.
As for the Russian-Ukrainian War, the BRICS leaders emphasized the need for “a peaceful settlement of conflict through dialogue and diplomacy.” In this context, they mentioned Africa the “peaceful initiative” and the “world -friendly” group.
In addition, summit participants condemned unilateral economic penalties, as well as secondary penalties, which “have remote negative consequences for human rights.”
As reported, Russia’s dictator Vladimir Putin did not go to the Brix Summit in Brazil because of the MUS warrant. In 2023, Putin missed the Brix Summit in South Africa. This country, like Brazil, is a member of the MUS and is obliged to arrest the Russian dictator according to the issued order.
Remember that the International Criminal Court issued an arrest of Putin warrant in 2023 due to Russia’s entire raid on Ukraine. The Russian dictator was accused of war crimes, including evacuation of roads -children from Ukraine.
