A large scheme of mobilization evasion was organized in one of the district shopping centers in Zaporozh.
Military committees took money to remove the military from the wanted search. The men were brought to a special base from the inability to appear on the call, after which they falsified the protocols about the supposedly voluntary turnout to the center. Thus, fake documents were released from mobilization and fines. On July 3, the press service of the State Bureau of Investigations reported.
Investigators analyzed almost 5,000 administrative materials developed by officials, and came to the conclusion that more than 1.5 thousand people were able to avoid mobilization in 2024-2025.
DBR said that they exposed the criminal scheme as part of the investigation of one of the episodes when an employee of TCC demanded 1.3 thousand dollars from a local resident. To remove from the search after receiving a call. The intermediaries in the scheme were the State Secretariat and Lawyer.
Having received a bribe, the military developed a fictitious protocol without the participation of a conscript, on the basis of which a person was removed from the search for an allegedly voluntary turnout to the Tax Code.
The bureau has already reported the suspicion of the officer and his accomplices in the framework of the second part of art. 28, part 2 of art. 369–2 (receiving excessive benefits from the previous conspiracy), as well as in accordance with part 1 of art. 366 (fake of official documents) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. The investigation is currently underway.
We will recall that in the Dnieper, an employee of the Tax Code scared his acquaintance coach of a local amateur football team with mobilization. Instead, he offered help if he pays 2 thousand AAA. Therefore, he said that he has free access to incomplete forms of stories with the seal and signature of the military commissar, which can “save” from the call if they are displayed at checkpoints.
