The explosion occurred near the Museum of Local History in Lugansk, where they opened an exhibition at a military operation in Sudge. As a result of the work of a home -made explosive device, which was laid outside the door of the house on Taras Shevchenko Street, the former mayor of the Mayor Manolis Pilavov died.
