The governor did not specify the business name where the emergency took place. At the same time, local publications have written that we are talking about the Tambov Powder factory (part of Rostec – Ed.), Located in Kotovsk and one of the largest in Russia.
The company produces pyroxilin gunpowder for all types of weapons and artists of land, sea and aircraft, which released more than 200 types of military and civilian products.
