The petition to set a minimum wage for all representatives got the necessary 25,000 votes in the first month and a half. Now the president must consider it.
Its author Alexey Tinyakov believes that the remaining money from the budget can be directed to the needs of the people and the army.
“I demand during the period of martial law and two years after it to establish the salary of all representatives and ministers of Ukraine at the level of the minimum wage and to send money to the needs of the population and the army. The representatives are not difficult to people, they will suffer. cancel all benefits. Everyone should suffer, not just ordinary people,” the petition says.
It was published on the President’s website on June 10 and has already received 25,597 votes out of the 25,000 required. But there are 45 days left before the collection of signatures ends.
Earlier, President Volodymyr Zelensky was petitioned to demolish the monument of Russian Empress Catherine II in Odessa. He also collected the required number of votes, although more than 70 days remained before the end of the collection of signatures.
