The Supreme Anti-Corruption Court (Vaks) did not refer to the Deputy Prime Minister-Minister of the National Unity of Alexei Chernyshov from the office, as asked by the detectives of the National Anti-Corruption Bureau (NABU). It became known from the broadcast of the court session on Wednesday, July 2.
Thus, during the meeting, investigative judge Vax Vitaliy Kukatny did not satisfy the NABU detective’s request for the removal of Chernyshov from the office for two months.
This decision may appeal to appeal within five days. The entire text of the decision will be announced on July 4.
