In cooperation with the Security Service of Ukraine, employees completed a preliminary investigation against a soldier of one of the district territorial centers of personnel and social support Dnieper.
The prosecution was sent to court.
The military scared his trainers on the familiar local amateur football team with mobilization. Instead, he offered help if he pays two thousand hryvnists. Therefore, he said that he has free access to incomplete forms of stories with the seal and signature of the military commissar, which can “save” from the call if they are displayed at checkpoints.
Subsequently, a person proposed a similar “service” for the entire football team, which was prepared for departure to another city.
In total, he received 35 thousand people from the team. During the transfer of the serviceman’s service, it was detained.
As the investigation was established, the person participating in the warning group and, together with other employees of the Tax Code, received a call to transfer them to the calls. He took some of these stories to him, and then sold for money.
He is accused of demanding and receiving excessive benefits by the official (part 3 of Article 368 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
The sanction of this article provides for imprisonment for up to 10 years with confiscation of property.
