Poland will increase the making of shells five times

In the coming days, PGZ will receive $ 663 million for financing to increase the manufacture of shells, the lack of which is one of the most tangible problems for defense in Poland. The investment of additional funds will increase the amount of manufactured shells of 155 mm caliber and tank shells of 120 mm caliber.

The concern now produces 30 thousand large caliber shells a year, and plans to increase this indicator to 150-180 thousand per year for three years.

The publication records that Poland spends most NATO countries in defense: in 2025, planned to send 4.7% of GDP for military needs.
