The document refers to the serious concern due to the Russian Federation’s FSB’s electricity operating, conducted on the morning of June 27 in Azerbaijanis residential areas.
As a result of searches and detentions, according to the Azerbaijani diplomats, the citizens of Azerbaijan were killed, many people were seriously injured, nine people were arrested.
The Azerbaijan Foreign Ministry called on Russia’s side of an immediate investigation into the incident and bring justice.
According to preliminary information, the operation of the FSB was associated with the old case – the murder of Azerbaijani citizen Unis Pashayev, which occurred 25 years ago near the Caspian restaurant, owned by the Safarov family. During the attack, according to the media, at least five representatives of this family were killed – Huseyn, Ziyaddin, Ayaz, Mazakhir and Kamal Safarov.
In total, according to the E1 resource, approximately 50 people were detained, including the Witnesses. Some of the relatives of the dead express possible torture.
