Russian dictator Vladimir Putin announced the readiness of the Russian Federation for the third round of negotiations with Ukraine in Istanbul.
At the same time, the head of the country of the aggressor noted that the Russian and Ukrainian memorandums of the end of the war are “completely opposite”. According to Putin, this is “not surprising” because negotiations are needed to “look for methods of rapprochement”. Russian President Vladimir Putin announced this after the top of the Eurasian Economic Union in Minsk.
Putin also said that the exchange of prisoners of war and the return of the bodies of the dead “created the conditions” to continue “further contacts”.

According to the dictator, the Russian side is ready to meet in Istanbul again. Negotiations are in contact with both countries. The President of the Russian Federation believes that the third round of negotiations should be devoted to discussion of memoranda.
