The policy hit a friend of Gusakov – his card was compressed

Law enforcement officers detained the defendant in the case of Nazarii Gusakov.

On Friday, June 27, during investigative actions, the police detained a person who was a reliable person Gusakov. Investigators believe that the card of this citizen Nazaria used money to raise money. This was reported by the “Public” and “RBC-UkRaine” with reference to sources in law enforcement agencies.

The police said that during the searches the man resisted. He also tried to escape by car and ran into the Department of Strategic Investigations of the National Police. A law enforcement officer was wounded.

Gusakova has already been detained for art. 208 of the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine. The car was removed and sent to the ground of arrest. He faces up to five years to resist the police and injury to an employee of law enforcement agencies.

We recall that law enforcement officers opened two criminal proceedings against Nazariy Gusakov on suspicion of fraud. A patient with atrophy of the muscles of the spine of a resident of Lviv, with the help of well -known Ukrainians, has brought up millions of hryvnias for very expensive treatment for many years. At first, Nazarius refused to provide reports on his meetings, and there were reports on the network about his ties with the gambling business.

The media wrote that Gusakov repeatedly demanded large amounts from donors in private reports – in particular, wounded military and girls with cancer. This was embarrassed in doses of vital drugs, and millions of dollars passed through its crypto -masses.

Law enforcement officers, as part of a preliminary investigation, check how fees were organized, how the funds were used and whether the abuse of the trust of citizens was. Gusakov himself left Ukraine on June 13.
