Law enforcement officers detained the defendant in the case of Nazarii Gusakov.
On Friday, June 27, during investigative actions, the police detained a person who was a reliable person Gusakov. Investigators believe that the card of this citizen Nazaria used money to raise money. This was reported by the “Public” and “RBC-UkRaine” with reference to sources in law enforcement agencies.
The police said that during the searches the man resisted. He also tried to escape by car and ran into the Department of Strategic Investigations of the National Police. A law enforcement officer was wounded.
Gusakova has already been detained for art. 208 of the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine. The car was removed and sent to the ground of arrest. He faces up to five years to resist the police and injury to an employee of law enforcement agencies.
