NABU and SAP were sent to the Supreme Anti-Corruption Court with a motion to submit an application to the current Deputy Prime Minister of Ukraine Alexei Chernishov, who previously held the position of Minister of Development of Communities and Territories of Ukraine, which is a preventive measure in the form of a promise of 120 million UAH.
NABU and SAP also appealed to the Supreme Anti -Corruption Court with a request to remove Chernishov from his post. This was announced today, June 27, reports Service Nabu Press.
SAP also requires the following responsibilities in Chernishov:
- come to each request for a detective, prosecutor and court;
- notify the investigator, prosecutor or court of changing the place of residence and place of work;
- Do not leave the settlement in which he is without the permission of the investigator, prosecutor or court;
- A deposit with the relevant state authorities your passport (passport) for traveling abroad;
- refrain from communication with other suspects in the case and witnesses;
- Wear electronic control.
It should be noted that the use of such a preventive measure was agreed by Nabu detectives and SAP prosecutors, based on the risks set forth in this case, as well as taking into account the VAKS judicial practice in similar cases. In particular, his return to Ukraine and arrival in NABU was taken into account, ”said NABU.
In the case of a court of this preventive measure, the suspect is obliged to fulfill a certain number of promises within five days. If the suspect does not fulfill the obligation, and if the facts of violation of the conditions of precautions are established, the prosecutor has the right to apply for a change in such a preventive measure to a more stringent one, ”added NABU.
