Pacific Guards Mines – Zr.Ms. Vlaardingen and BNS Narcis – received new names in respect of Melitopol and Genichesk.
The Belgium and the Netherlands were passed on to Ukraine’s minesweepers and mining mining – BNS Narcis And Zr.Ms. Vlaardingen. This was reported by the Ministry of Defense of the Netherlands.
The department noted that their Zr.Ms. Vlaardingen was called Melitopol.
The transfer of ships took place at the ZeBugga Naval Base in Belgium. For security reasons, the event has been reported by the post -fact.
By the end of the year, Ukraine will also receive another Minesweeper – Zr.Ms. Makkum, which will be renamed Genichesk.
The Minister of Defense of the Netherlands Ruben Bremelmans during the ceremony expressed hope that in the future the Black Sea will be free and open, and all the cities of Ukrainian will be released.
