Attacks have created copies of mobile application reserve+ and DIA, where they enter personal data into electronic military rooms liable for liability, added their photos and “seals”.
Ukraine’s security service, along with the national police, is confined to a criminal group that sells fake documents through fake mobile application reserve+ and DII. This was reported by the SBU press service on Wednesday, June 25.
The scheme operates on the territory of the Kyiv and Zhytomyr regions.
According to the investigation, 5 defendants who acted as part of a criminal group were involved in the transaction organization.
Two participants from the Zhytomyr region have created copies of reserve+ and DIA applications, which visually do not differ from the originals. In fake electronic rooms, they enter personal data, photos and fake “seals”. Sales are carried out through telegram boots that provide customers links for installing applications on phones.
Three accomplices from the Chermasy region exchanged both fake applications and fake documents – among them were temporary military liability certificates, VLK conclusions, reservation release, pseudo certificates and even vacation tickets from military units. The documents are made with a mini-type used directly in the territory of a private service station.
According to operating data, more than a thousand men became customers of the scheme. The cost of services reaches 7 thousand dollars per person. The monthly “income” is about 300 thousand hryvnias.
One of the transactions of the transaction was reported in suspicion to hinder the legal activity of the armed forces under part 1 of art. 114-1 and for the lie of documents under part 3 of Art. 358 UKU.
The issue of handling all “scheme” participants was resolved. The attacks face eight years in prison with confiscation of ownership.
Earlier, law enforcement officials revealed corruption schemes for avoiding the mobilization of Ternopol, Odessa, Transcarpathian, Kharkov, Vinnitsa and LVIV regions. The cost of “services” for male recruitment is up to $ 25,000 per person.
