Norway will develop and produce excess drones in Ukraine.
The Norwegian government allocated about 6.7 billion Norwegian crowns (approximately 580 million euros) to support the naval coalition, which the country heads with the United Kingdom. Some of this money are aimed at developing and producing drones using KDA technologies. This was reported by the Ministry of Defense of Norway.
The Minister of Defense of Tour O. Sandwick emphasized that the Kongsberg Defense & Aerospace defense company has already signed an agreement with the Ukrainian partner on the joint development and production of superficial drones in Ukraine.
Behind water drones play an important role in providing assistance to Ukraine to protect their territory and neutralize the Russian fleet in the Black Sea, the Ministry of Defense says.
We will recall that in Ukraine, the Norwegian company Kongsberg Defense and Aerospace, which produces nasamas against counteraction systems. In cooperation with Congsberg, the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine is focused on the development of joint projects in the field of air defense.
