Police are now investigating the conditions of a person’s fall from the window of the third floor of RTSC and SP Building in Berrystinsky (former Krasnograd) district of the Kharkov region. This was reported by the National Police Department of Communication in the Kharkov region.
“Investigators opened the criminal proceedings under Article 128 (without a medium or moderate or moderate severity of the body injury) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine,” the report said.
According to preliminary data, on June 19, about 23:00, during a planned territorial bypass near the building’s reserves used to temporarily accommodate military responsibility, the TCC employee discovered a 48 -year -old lying on the stairs. The victim was called an ambulance, and was taken to the hospital. The man announced fractures, bruises and abrasions.
“The police investigative -operational group carefully reviewed the scene, interviewed the victim and witnesses. According to preliminary data, the person was injured as a result of the fall from the window with his own negligence … Currently, a pre -trial investigation continues, where all the circumstances of the incident are clarified,” the Department of Communication emphasized.

The Kharkov regional lawyers, on his Facebook page, said the force was applied by employees of the same Krasnograd RTSK and SP, when he came to his client (a man who was not in accounting, whom they tried to move strongly).
“… The lawyer received a beating, a broken leg and many bruises and was hospitalized. After that, TCC employees continued to mocked the man who was not included in the account: beating, moral pressure and torture for more than 16 hours later.
In this fact, police investigators opened criminal proceedings under the threat of article or violence against the man’s protector or representative (part 2 of Article 398 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
As we have already written, in the Kharkov region, in one of the district territory centers of completion and social support (TCC SP), the military -lliable for “outside our own neglect” fell to the third floor window.
