The corruption scheme with the ground for construction in Kyiv was arrested.
The Supreme Anti-Corruption Court determined for the defendant Sergey Copastir, who appears in the case of corruption in the Minrerene, a preventive measure in the form of a detention with an alternative to a promise in the amount of $ 100 million. This decision was made during the meeting on June 20, the specialized anti -corruption prosecutor’s office in Telegram reported.
The investigative judge WAC partially supported the position of the SAP prosecutor and applied to the developer, whom the investigation considers the organizer of the criminal scheme, a preventive measure in the form of detention with an alternative to a bail of 100 million UAH, the report said.
It is noted that in the event of a collateral for the developer, he will be assigned the following duties:
- Do not leave the region nod and nod without the permission of the detective, prosecutor or court;
- refrain from communication with other suspects in the case and witnesses;
- deposit all their passports for a trip abroad, other documents that give the right to enter and leave Ukraine;
- Wear an electronic bracelet.

We will recall that the Bureau of Combating Corruption and the specialized prosecutor’s office against corruption discovered equipment in the construction sector with the participation of Ukrainian high-ranking officials, including a member of the Naftaga Council of Ukraine, former State Secretary of the Ministry of Regional Development of Vasilin Volodin and ex-District Minister of the Minister of the Mini-Review.
