Verkhovna Rada has adopted the law to improve the procedure for maintaining military records. Today, data on the state of health to determine the appropriateness of the military service can be transferred from medical institutions. This is proven by the bill of the bill.
The Law No. 12066 provides permission to access the patient’s medical information as part of the electronic exchange.
It is now sufficient to get to his hospital therapist, and then a data set of health states for the purpose of determining the suitability for military service will automatically be directed from ESOZ to the military register -liable antics by an exchange of an electronic VLK electronic system.
It should be noted that the Deputy Minister of Defense of Ukraine on Digital Development, Digital Transformations and Digitalization, Ekaterina Chernogorenko, previously said that the unique electronic register of military personnel, provided for Bill No. 2066, should simplify the life of Ukraine defenders, as it will be the basis for providing all digital services.
According to him, when the Ministry of Defense does not have a reserve+, there is a military responsibility register.
He added that the MOU now has the Army’s application+, “the need for a full -fledged registry and for military personnel has finally arisen.”
