Participants in the criminal organization have divertimated the amount of supply of products to military units and educational institutions of the armed forces of Ukraine.
Law enforcement officials revealed a criminal organization that delivered products to military units and educational institutions of the Ukraine’s armed forces in smaller quantities, provided by the contracts. This was reported by the Office of the Prosecutor General on Tuesday, June 17.
“Under the leadership of the persecution of the office of the General Prosecutor, the head and 8 participants of the criminal organization that resorted the amount of supply of products to military units and educational institutions of the armed forces of armed forces of the armed forces of the armed forces,” the report said.
The owner of the two societies has created a criminal organization and attracts eight more than its activities -two directors of these societies, two employees and four food services of military units and an educational institution.
Using the controlled businesses in which the Ministry of Defense entered into contracts for providing food, they entered false information on consumables and actions of receiving goods.
The defendants increased the documents the number of those who actually delivered foods.
As a result of such actions, the budget caused damage to the volume of UAH 6 million.
Currently continuous urgent investigation actions. The issue of reporting to the manager and participants of the criminal organization and their election steps of the suppression steps were also resolved.
Remember that representatives of the Central Quality Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine in February 2024 checked food to the warehouses of supplier companies before sending units and prevented the supply of 264.09 tons of low quality products to military units.
