Thus, Russia hopes to provoke a wave of panic and anger in Ukrainian society.

Russia plans to end the campaign to discredit Ukraine in the context of continuing exchange. This was announced by the Press Center of the Foreign Intelligence Service on Monday, June 16.

It was noted that the decision at the beginning of the campaign was personally made by Russian dictator Vladimir Putin, and one of the first AP representatives of the AP of the Russian Federation was responsible for coordinating the actions of the official and instant responses of Russia’s media.

The entire operation is based on the rapid spread of emotionally charged and manipulative content through the leading propaganda Pro -kremlin resources -from Margarita Simonyan and Vladimir Solovyov to so many “military Commissars”.

Russia’s main media tactics are intentionally distortioned by facts, raising technical delays in the exchange process and their presentation as a Malay -tao sabotage from Ukrainian authorities. In particular, the statements are subject to Kyiv’s reluctance to restore the bodies of dead military personnel, about thousands of bodies that have not been delivered to Ukraine, and about the “inaction” of official bodies.

According to the SVR, a number of “Marginal Pro -russian Information Platforms in Europe” also joined the campaign, in particular, we are talking about the Hungarian Magyar Nemzet and Magyar Hírlap, the Czech website of CZ24.News, Slovak Jednotné Slovensko and the franco -speaking réseaaaaauaauaau in International. Their task is to restore Kremlin’s accounts to international information space.

The climax, according to SVR forecasts, is the publication of false lists of un -identified dead Ukrainians – both military and civilians. Thus, Moscow is trying to provoke a panic in Ukrainian society.

Remember, on June 14, the fourth exchange of prisoners took place between Ukraine and Russia. The warriors who have been in Russia’s captivity since 2022 have returned, those who are considered to be missing.

President Vladimir Zelensky has set the defense minister Rustem Umarov a task for further exchange.
