Ukrainian theater and film actor Yuri Felipenko died in the war at the hands of Russian invaders.
He joined the ranks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in April 2024. Felipenko served in the 429th separate regiment of the Achilles unmanned systems of the 92nd separate assault brigade. On June 15, his wife Katerina Motrich announced the death of a 32-year-old actor on June 15 on Instagram.
Yura died. Yura was without exaggeration to my world, soul, my light. It is impossible to convey this loss. I was destroyed, ”she wrote.
Yuri Felipenko is from Zaporozhye. At one time, he worked at the Academic Drama Theater in Kyiv in a hit. There he played a lot of roles on stage.
On the screen, Yuri first appeared in 2014 in a series of detective “Return of Mukhtar-9”. Among other works in the cinema – “Department 44”, “What your wife does”, “Color of passion”, “busy”, “The promise of God”.
