Investigators of law enforcement agencies and institutions experts of the Ministry of Internal Affairs will conduct necessary reviews and recognition of repatriated bodies.
Based on the results of the recall steps, the bodies of another 1,200 dead citizens were restored to Ukraine. This was announced by Coordinating Headquarters in the treatment of war inmates on Friday, June 13.
“Now, as part of the Istanbul agreements, the next stage of recall measures was held. Ukraine received another 1,200 body that, according to Russia’s side, was among the citizens of Ukrainian, including military personnel,” the report said.
In the near future, investigators of law enforcement agencies and experts of the Ministry of Internal Affairs will conduct the necessary reviews and identify repatriated bodies.
Coordination traditionally thanked the backbone of the recall of the dead bodies, the Ukraine participating departments and the International Committee of the Red Cross.
As you know, according to the results of the second cycle of negotiations in Istanbul, the delegation of Ukraine and Russia has agreed with the exchange of prisoners of “all for all” in two categories and bodies of the dead -up to 6000.
After that, on June 11 and June 13, Ukraine returned the bodies of 2412 dead. Three exchanges of prisoners are also carried out.
