Considering the intelligence, the foreign minister emphasized that the Kremlin is preparing strategic reserves for the potential expansion of armed invasion outside of Ukraine.
“According to our intelligence, Russia has begun to prepare strategic reserves, which means plans for battle operations not only in Ukraine. Allies need complete diplomatic mobilization to stop this war,” Samiba said.
The minister called on Western partners to act decisive and in order, especially to increase the penalty pressure in Russia.
“Putin only understands the power, so now it’s important to apply penalties on time, using them as an economic weapon for pressure in Russia,” Samiba said.
Remember that NATO secretary Mark Rutte said Russia has been building military potential and is ready to use military force against NATO states for five years.
