- In these materials, the deputy is subject to information that was supposed to discredit the Ukrainian authorities, emphasizing its inability to maintain the territory and achieve peace, and approved the opinion that Ukraine should agree to any negotiations with the Russian Federation;
- The deputy repeatedly traveled to Belarus, where he met with representatives of business, politics and self -proclaimed president of the country. Referring to these meetings, he distributed false information about the absence of the threat of Russian troops from the territory of Belarus.
Based on the evidence of the deputy people, an additional suspicion in the framework of the second part of art. 111 of the Criminal Code (state betrayal committed in martial law). He is threatened with life imprisonment with confiscation of property.
