During the meeting, Putin also said that the Russians had to introduce digital technology promises and artificial intelligence in their arms.
Earlier, Putin said the capabilities of Russia’s land forces should be increased as soon as possible.
Russia considers Ukraine an intermediate stage on the way to attack NATO countries, according to the head of the German Federal Intelligence Service (BND) Bruno Cal.
