The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Andriy Sibiga reacted to the greetings of the “some countries” of the Federation of terrorists with the so -called national holiday – Russia’s Day.
He said this during a visit to Rome to the top of European ministers in Weimar+format.
According to Sibigi, it is “as a minister of the country to fight” as “especially unpleasant” to read the public greetings of some countries to the Russian aggressor.
There cannot be a reward for the country of the aggressor. And I have a moral right to vote. Yesterday I was in Kherson. This is a border city, which is 13 km from the front line … I saw with my own eyes with Lithuanian colleagues what Russian terror is, ”he said.
Sibiga added that Ukraine and escalation are a response to Russia to all peaceful proposals and an attempt to intimidate.
I attended school. Children in Kherson are studying in underground schools. But they have one dream – the world. All of them want peace, justice. I visited the maternity hospital. And for me, the war commander of one of the brigades said that if Ukraine attacks legal purposes, attacks airfields, then, in turn, Russia attacks pregnant women. I visited such a maternity hospital where women give birth. But they give birth in an underground storage. This is not normal. The Ukrainian people have the right to normal life, ”he emphasized.
Recall that on the morning of June 12, US Secretary of State Marco Rubio congratulated the Russians on the day of Russia.
On behalf of the American people, I want to congratulate the Russian people on the day of Russia. The United States plan to continue to support the Russian people, who retains the desire for the best future. We also use this opportunity to confirm the US desire to constructively interact with the Russian Federation for a long world between Russia and Ukraine. We hope that the world will contribute to the development of relations between our countries (United States and Russia).
