Trump ordered to deploy thousands of military personnel in the city to prevent protests from exploding due to large-scale attacks on US and Customs law enforcement services.
US president Donald Trump has ordered the National Guard to send 2000 national troops to Los Angeles for protests and quarrels that have emerged due to attacks by US Immigration and Customs Service (ICE). He also ordered the power departments to suppress the protests and expel the people in the city illegally. Trump wrote about it on his social network of social reality.
“When the amazing American city of Los Angeles was captured and conquered by illegal immigrants and criminals,” he said.
According to the head of the White House, the “cruel crowd of rebels” attacks federal law enforcement officials, trying to stop deporting. Trump called these protests “chaos” that only strengthened the decision of his administration.
Trump entrusted internal security minister Christie Nooy, defense minister Pete Hagset and the prosecutor General Poim Bond to take all the necessary steps to “free Los Angeles from migrants’ invasion” and stop protests.
“The order will be restored, the illegal immigrants will be released, and Los Angeles will be released,” he said.
Governor Gavin News, who said he did not consult about the decision to deploy the National Guard’s troops, condemned this step by Trump, calling him too much of his powers aimed at provoking tension.
“The federal government delivers chaos to have a reason for the rise. The civilized country does not do that,” he wrote on social networks X.
Also, in a letter on Sunday, defense minister Pete Hagset asked the Ministry of Defense to remove a decision on putting a national guard in Los Angeles and regulating state troops.
Remember that on Sunday, Trump stumbled down the stairs of the plane, finding himself in a situation that Joe Biden had previously mocked.
As reported, in April, Gavin News accused Trump for the duties he introduced.
