According to official results, Karol Navrotsky won. A candidate supported by Party Law and Justice (PIS) received 10,606,877 votes, or 50.89%. His rival, a candidate from Civil Coalition (KO) Rafal Tshaskovsky, got 10,237,286 votes, or 49.11%.
“Due to the minimal difference of 369,591 votes between candidates in the President’s final election, a significant number of invalid ballots is 189 thousand, as well as multiple reports of violations of election commissions, we consider it necessary to request all the votes,” the text of the petition said.
Breach signals arise, in particular, in Minsk-mazovets. They reported that in one of the commissions the results of the two candidates were confused. The commission leader admitted that he made a mistake in the protocol.

Prime Minister Donald Tusk, who calls Internet users who have expressed assumptions about lies, reacts to the situation.
“Each reported case of violations of vote count was reviewed and evaluated. Possible false filtrations were investigated and punished. Protests were sent to the Supreme Court. I understand emotions, but to think in advance the election is a liar is the damage to the State of Poland,” Tusk wrote on Social Network X.
