The former official was informed of the suspicion of exceeding the authorities or official power, which underwent serious consequences, and illegal cutting or transportation, storage, marketing forest under part 3 of art. 365 and Part 4 of Art. 246 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. The penalty provides up to 10 years in prison.
