Rutte added that we are talking about not only about Ukraine’s participation, but also about having it on the agenda.
“Of course, Ukraine will be discussed at the summit,” the Secretary of NATO secretary assured.
The publication record that this statement is NATO’s first official confirmation of the President of Ukraine’s invitation to a meeting of the leaders. So far, it has been reported without official.
