The law provides for the introduction of equal salaries of civil servants based on the classification of positions.
The President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky has signed a law in the implementation of a single salaries of civil servants based on the classification of positions. This was reported by the National Ukraine agency to the public service.
It is noted that the posting of posts will compare wages to the civil services in the Labor market in Ukraine – accountants with accountants, lawyers with lawyers, HR including HR, and not civil servants as a whole with an impersonal market.
“Thus, the introduction of a new salary system will gradually strengthen the state’s position as a competitive employer in the labor market,” the nationalist said.
In accordance with the law that constitutes the wages of a civil servant:
Fixed wages:

The salary (from January 1, 2026, the lowest size of the official salary in public service positions may not be less than 2.5 size minimum subsistence for maybodied people).

Seniority Allowance (2% of the official salary of a civil servant for each year of the public service calendar, but no more than 30% of the official salary) – from April 1, 2025.

The ranking for rank (the Cabinet of Ukraine’s Ministers determines when approved of the official salary procedure in public service posts), in 2025 it is assumed that the size will remain unchanged.
Different wages:

A monthly bonus (cannot exceed 30% of the official salary size for the actual time of worked for a month).

The quarterly bonus (cannot exceed 90% of the official salary of a civil servant for actually worked with the quarter time).

Award based on the results of an annual assessment.
Remember that the average salary on which insurance premiums were paid and which was considered to calculate the pension was grown to 19,856,19 UAH in April.
