Currently, the search for contractors for a full -scale war is worth the Russian budget of 2 billion rubles daily.
Since June 5, the Bashkortostan of the Russian Federation will reduce a tumor payment -Sum for those who have signed a contract for participation in the war against Ukraine. The Moscow Times reported this on Tuesday, June 3.
The corresponding order was signed by Republican head Radiy Khabirov. Instead of 1.6 million rubles, recruits will receive 1 million.
The regional portion of UFA payments is double – from 1.2 million to 600 thousand, although a municipal allowance of 700 thousand rubles is preserved. The federal part of the payment (400 thousand) remains unchanged throughout the Russian Federation. Thus, the total value in the UFA will be 1.7 million, in the rest of the region – 1.4 million rubles.
Bashkortostan became the least fourth region of Russia, cutting off the “lifting” that was encouraged in the war. Previously, it was made by Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug (from 3.1 million to 1.9 million), Nizhny Novgorod Region (from 3 million to 1.5 million) and Belgorod (from 3 million to 800 thousand).
Political scientist Abbas Gallimov called it a sign of financial difficulties: “The money is over. Now they have to put pressure on the priority resource – they can ruin people through the knee.”
According to Yannis Klyage’s Institute of International Security scientists, the search for contractors is worth the Russian budget of 2 billion rubles days. Nearly 1.5 billion of this amount is the costs of regions that send up to 3% of budgets for recruitment. The rest is covered by the federal government. If the speed is preserved, by the end of the year the campaign costs 730 billion rubles.
Remember, the first region to reduce contracts from the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation is the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug.
During January, the increasing tumor payments for the conclusion of a contract with the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation in Russian regions continued, indicating critical problems in a set of new military personnel.
