They reported the alleged blocking of a bank card and, using social engineering methods, the interlocutor was convinced to perform certain actions. It allowed their accomplice to access the woman’s online banking and owned nearly one million hryvnias, which she received from the state related to her son’s death.
The crime organizer is the 38-year-old Native of Chelyabinsk, a citizen of Ukraine living in Vinnitsa. In the past, he has been accused of such sins.
