The presidential election in Poland has ended – the state election commission developed 100% of the ballots.
Karol Navrotsky is recognized as the winner of the second round of elections. He received 50.89% of the vote, and his opponent Rafala Tshaskovsky was supported by 49.11% of voters. The turnout in the elections amounted to 71.6 percent. This was reported by Gazeta Wyborcza with reference to the data of the state election commission.
It is also known that before processing 100% of Navrotsky’s votes, Tashaskovsky managed to get ahead of 1.4%. Nevertheless, the exit polls at that time testified to the victory of Tashaskovsky, although the division was minimal.
It is known that Karol Navenki is a historian by education and heads the Polish Institute of National Memory. It is known that he destroyed Soviet monuments in Poland and studied the theme of the tragedy of Volina. In particular, the politician stated that he had not seen Ukraine in international alliances until Kyiv was responsible for the “crime by the will”, referring to Valin’s tragedy.
In May of this year, Navenki promised not to allow Ukraine to be in NATO. He is also against sending the Polish troops to Ukraine, if the Western peacekeepers are still sent. He believes that Ukraine is “unfair” in Poland.
In addition, he criticizes the current Government of Poland and opens against the “tributary of illegal immigrants” to the country.
We recall that on May 18 the first round of the presidential election occurred in Poland. According to the results of the calculation of the civil coalition, the mayor of Warsaw Rafal Cheshskovsky won, for which 31.2% of voters voted. And secondly, the candidate for “Law and Justice” Karol Navenki, who received 29.6% of the vote.
