“The command of the land forces requires its subordinates that strictly adhere to the laws of Ukraine, and comprehensively help each violator to receive a fair penalty, at the same time we encourage citizens and media to evaluate the sources of information so as not to be part of the RF campaign to discredit the process of mobilizing the Ukraine,” the report said.
