“We currently have accurate information about three dead and 16 injured. Among the dead are one military and two employees of the security department,” said the head of the IVA.
According to Raikovich, doctors immediately provided help to the wounded, their lives are no longer in danger.
Oblenergo emergency crews immediately resumed the power supply: at 15:00, in Kropyvnytskyi, there was electricity and water everywhere.
