The Russian invaders on the night of May 30 hit eight Shahdars in a depot in Harkiva, where trolleybuses were repaired and supported.
Not only the municipal enterprise, but more than 30 residential buildings were injured as a result of the attack. Two people needed medical care. The mayor of Harkiva Igor Terekhov announced this in his Telegram channel.
As for the depot. As always, most of the transport that we were in advance in the city is that which saved us from a much greater loss. But the technique that was in the repair was damaged: one trolleybus was completely destroyed, another 18 received various degrees of damage, ”Terekhov said.
He noted that, despite this blow, the city transport system continues to work.
Harkiv is still using free transport. I also thank all the partners who donate new trolleybuses and Kharkiv buses, ”added Terekhov.
