An extensive international consensus requires the need to force Russia to agree with a complete ceasefire, Andrei Sybiga said.
On Thursday, the UN Security Council will gather at a meeting at the Ukraine initiative due to recent Russian attacks. This was announced by the Minister of Foreign Affairs Andrei Sybig on Social Network X on May 29.
“After Russia’s recent attacks, which led victims to the civilian population, we expect decisive statements from our partners to confirm a wide international consensus about the need to force Russia to agree with a complete ceasefire as a basis for a large peaceful process,” he wrote.
Sybiga noted that Ukraine has confirmed its complete commitment to promoting peaceful efforts in the United States and European partners.
“We will also emphasize that as Russia slows down the peace process and carried out harsh attacks on our country and people, aggression pressure should continue to grow,” summary the foreign minister.
Remember, three days ago, Russian aggression launched a number of drones around Ukraine – 355. This is the second record. It was recorded in five places, as well as the fall of downed shock drones in 10 locations.
The media also wrote that Russia is preparing for an unstable attack in Ukraine. We talk about the real “mined rain”.
