State Secretary Marco Rubio, on a phone talk with Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov, called Russia’s diplomat on “enthusiastic dialogue” with Ukraine on May 28.
According to him, Rubio, in a conversation with Lavrov, accepted the exchange of prisoners “1000 per 1000” between Russia and Ukraine.
“State secretary repeated President Trump’s calls for a constructive, enthusiastic dialogue in Ukraine as the only way to stop this war,” Bruce said.
